Burial will be in North Syracuse Cemetery.Ĭalling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Williams Funeral Home and 9:30 a.m. Surviving are two sons, Joseph of Cicero and Richard of Syracuse three daughters, Debbie Lizardi of North Syracuse, Thresea Palinkas of Lakeport and Irene Mayers of Lyncourt three brothers, James and Donald Cornell, both of Altmar, and Robert Cornell of Bridgeport three sisters, Jan Evans of Baldwinsville, Sandy Jackson of Altmar and Pauletta Leach of California six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Mayers was a life member of the auxiliary of the Cicero Volunteer Fire Department and a member the American Business and Professional Women's Association and the Baldwinsville Women of the Moose. She was employed with Arcom Labs and Nilands Building Supply. Mayers lived in Cicero from 1958 until moving to Liverpool a year ago.
